2 × 3 minute practice / seeding runs, 3 best consecutive laps (No more ending up in the wrong heat!)
4 × 5 minute qualifiers. Double FTD. Best two times added together
2 leg finals for ALL. Best single score to count. IFMAR tie break on fastest time
